”Sharing the transformational power of movement to change lives is innately spiritual: as yoga reveals the illusion of separateness between self and other, we then learn to experience the inextricable wholeness available within our bodies”. ~ NN

Bridging the gap between spirituality and other movement forms, Natalie’s methodology arises from an early transformational experience in yoga. A yoga student of over 14 years and counting, Natalie works diligently to ensure that each students’ experience allows space for the entirety of their being to be present. Working with the body as the gateway for greater peace of mind, and more balanced emotional health, she has helped clients and students manage not only physical injuries, but also emotional pain and dysregulated stress states by emphasizing presence, breath, and patience in connecting to the whole self. She believes wholeheartedly, and through her own personal experience, that it is only when the mind, emotional body, physical body, and soul are united that we can live our most authentic lives. A healthy mind feeds a healthy body, and so on. The more we consistently and systematically create order in the body and heart, the more harmony and resiliency we feel in our soul, and in all aspects of our lives.

Natalie’s clientele ranges from preprofessional Ballet dancers, to burnt out CEOs, to post-op clients, to women who have never worked out, cancer patients, and more. The range of her clientele has given her the ability to remain diligently studious, while adapting to the unique needs of the client, in order to create a truly customized program.

She holds over 700 hours in yoga training (RYT-700), is a Comprehensively Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, holds certification in PNF, CPR, and has worked in non-traditional rehabilitation facilities helping people gain feeling and function in their bodies again. She has studied with and is a scholarship recipient of the University of Texas at Austin Dance, has taught anatomy and physiology to pre-med students of Texas A&M University, and has worked with a variety of artists for East Austin Studio Tour, Sunny Shen Dance Co., Austin Community College, and others.

In 2023 she began traveling internationally to seek more refined continuing education with world-renowned instructor, Meghan Currie. Most recently, in 2025, she traveled to Monclavo, Italy, for the inaugural Gaga for Therapists Conference with internationally acclaimed choreographer, dancer, and teacher, Ohad Naharin. The conference was the first of its kind, bringing the movement language, Gaga, to mental health professionals, physical therapists, and bodyworkers, to explore how the utilization of these techniques provides holistic healing for people. Prior movement research from 2015- 2018 includes Gaga, Fighting Monkey®, Repertoire with Black Grace and Multi-media Lab with Jason Akira Somma. Other prior intensive trainings includes Seane Corn (2012), Janie Montague (2011-2013), Sonje Mayo (2023), WOGA (2001-2005).
