completing the circle

Modern Yoga classes use an arc shape to move students’ minds and body’s through a journey of physical exploration, ending with a return to the body in stillness. When looked at differently, this completion of the arc shape could also be seen as completing a circle; or a completion of a spiral curve around a central point.

An exercise in wholeness, completing the circle each session means we navigate through the layers and parts present, with a focal point

Somatic awareness can only be born from internal awareness. This is why becoming aware of your body in dance or yoga is inherently healing.

Sensual movement is a pathway back to who you are because it’s reminding you that the sensations and feelings in your body are speaking truth in the present moment.

Feeling your body move in a pleasurable way may be one of the first ways in which you
