Hi, my name is Natalie.
Since 2014, I have helped people restore their relationship to their body.
My work was born from my own transformational healing experience in yoga that saved my life and continues to provide healing to me today.
Today, I use yoga, dance, Pilates and subtle body techniques to refine and develop the relationships between body, mind, and soul.
Through yoga, I discovered how to reveal a deeper presence, beyond the mind, which led me to a newfound trust in myself; one that was not predicated off of the external.
I now helps clients manage not only physical stress and pain, but also emotional and mental stress and pain by working with the relationship between mind, body, and soul.
It is only when we live with an aligned mind, emotional body, physical body, and soul, that authentic living occurs naturally.
Natalie has worked with a diverse range of clientele. From medical doctors, to pre and post professional athletes, burnt out CEOs, post-op clients, women who have never moved before, cancer patients, and more.
